The brief: 

We will meet at Hunter in Rm 1324 HW during our regular class time slot Wed 2/27 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m

There are assignment to prepare, some to be posted on the forum, others to be prepared in writing before class.

You will need to have your copy of the ’Canzoniere’ with you during class on Wednesday

Readings:

• Petrarch, RVF 6, 10 (briefly), 22, 23, 30 (first reading)

Assignments:

• Post your answers to the library class questions to the forum if you haven’t done so already!
• Sign up for a Manifold account (click on “sign up” mid-page)
• Prepare the readings, following the prompts posted in the forum
• Practice reading RVF 22 out loud: listen to the readings – the tiny boxes open the recordings – and read through the poem a few times. We will read the poem together in class.
